Music Therapy in Elder Care

This is a short documentary showing how powerful music therapy is in a long term care facility for elders. It highlights the use of clinical-based music interventions to help residents enhance memory, improve communication, reduce stress, and promote physical and mental rehabilitation. There are examples of individual sessions as well as group work, both of which increase connection and quality of life throughout this community.
